Can you send me a proof before I purchase?

Designing your items perfectly takes a lot of time and effort. For this reason, we do not create initial proofs without purchase. After purchase, we are happy to work with you to make any changes and adjustments you’d like.

Do you accept custom order requests?

We gladly accept custom order requests. If there is a certain idea or design you had in mind, please do share it with us and drop us an email! However, we will not copy designs from other shops.

What happens if I buy a custom designed item, but I don’t like the proof. Can I cancel my order?

We try our best to make any changes you’d like to ensure you are happy with the design. However, if you would still like to cancel your order, we will refund you the cost of the item minus the cost of any design fees. We think this is fair since time was spent to custom design an item for you.

What's your turn around time?

Our current production time is 3 business days. After that, we ship your order out via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) or UPS Ground (4-5 business days). However, we are never able to guarantee delivery by certain dates since we do NOT have any control over possible shipping carrier issues. Continuing with your order is a chance that you have to be willing to take. Otherwise, please let us know you'd like to cancel and we're happy to do so!

What happens if my item is marked as "Delivered", but I don't receive it?

Orders that have been marked as “Delivered” by USPS, but claimed to be undelivered by the customer will not be refunded or replaced. Please check with your neighbors and/or other members of your household to make sure that no one else picked up your item. We also suggest contacting your local USPS annex to check to see if your item has been left there. If all of these measures have been taken and you are unable to locate your package, please message us and we will try our best to come up with a fair solution together.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We try to package your item to ensure that it gets delivered in-tact. Unfortunately, once it’s out of our hands, we have no control over the handling of your item. If your item arrives damaged, please message us immediately (within 1-3 days of your item being marked “Delivered”) with a picture of the damaged product. Please also keep the damaged item AND the original packaging it came in so that we can file a claim with USPS. When filing claims, USPS often asks for the item and the packaging for further inspection.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept any returns on custom/personalized items.

How do you hang these signs?

WALL- We highly recommend using command strips, which are easy to use and come off the wall cleanly if needed and doesn't leave any damage to the walls. We also recommend small nails or screws AROUND the sign for extra support (not through the sign).

BACKDROP/GREEN WALL- We recommend using clear fishing line, and then either tie the line from the signs to the top of the frame of the backdrop or string the line through the openings in the word and tie to the branches/leaves.
